changde has public bike service begun in october 2012 30 rental stations throughout city , thousand bicycles. system has continued expand , plans @ least 120 rental stations , 3,200 bicycles 2015. second such system implemented in hunan province after similar bike rental program begun in zhuzhou in may 2011. users sign program annual or temporary subscription , must pay ¥200 deposit. riders can use bikes 2 hours free , pay 1 yuan each additional hour maximum of fifteen yuan per day. rental stations open 6 a.m. 9 p.m.
